Join us for Neurospicy Science Hour during the Department of Pathology Family Day for a calm, curiosity-led science experience designed for wonderfully wired minds.

šŸ“Department of Pathology, Tennis Court Road

šŸ“† 28 March 2026

šŸ•˜ 9-10am

Neurospicy Science Hour is a bookable, quieter session created for children and families who benefit from a more predictable, low-sensory environment. During this hour, the space will be closed to the general public, helping to keep noise levels down and the atmosphere relaxed.

Each participant will be paired with a friendly scientist, who will guide you through hands-on activities at your own pace. Lighting will be softened, and you’re very welcome to wear headphones, bring comfort items, take breaks, or engage as little or as much as feels right for you.

Ahead of the session, you’ll receive a short introduction to the scientist guides and the activities, so you know what to expect before you arrive.

Above all, this is a space built on kindness, curiosity, and support. Neurospicy Science Hour is about making science accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming for everyone.
