The revised version of our manuscript with TeamTAPBPR - Reanalysis of Immunopeptidomics Datasets Provides Mechanistic Insight into TAPBPR-Mediated Peptide Editing on HLA-A, -B and -C Molecules - has now been published in Wellcome Open Research!

In this second version of the manuscript, Figure 2 has been updated. The Figure now includes MD simulations of TAPBPR WT or TAPBPRøloop with HLA class I allotypes expressed by HeLaM cells. Additionally, we included experimental data of an HLA-A*68:02 peptide loading assay. The text has been edited to include these data and a co-author has been added to acknowledge their contributions. We have made further minor text changes in response to reviewer comments and to improve the work.

Wellcome Open Research uses a model of post-publication peer review. The first version of our article that we published in March 2024 remains available via a separate doi. The peer review process is completely transparent and reviewer comments and our response is shown along side the article.
